This unique bread is just a variation of the pascha loaf (for Paschal-tide). It’s special to us because we created it to enhance the great Feast of the Ascension of Our Lord. For whatever reason this bread has a very fine texture. The cranberries commemorate the wounds of Christ, retained in the Ascension of His glorified Body into heaven. ~ 17 oz ~
